Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 May 2026
Today (Beta)

Pickle is 100% free during the Beta cohort (first 200 sign-ups). There is nothing to refund. If you don't like it, just remove the MCP config block from your assistant — no card to cancel, no account to delete.

When Pro launches — the refund window

When Pro tiers go live (after Beta closes), here's the refund stance:

What's never refundable

Beta cohort lock-in

If you're in the Beta 200, you're grandfathered into the lowest price I'll ever charge when Pro launches. That grandfathered rate is not the same as a refund — it's a discount that applies if you choose to upgrade. You can also stay on Free indefinitely (some limits may apply) or stop using Pickle. No hidden auto-charge.

How to request a refund (once Pro is live)

  1. Email [email protected] from the address you used to sign up
  2. Include the email subject "Refund request — <your email>"
  3. Mention which plan + when you paid. (I can look it up but it speeds things up.)
  4. I'll respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Disputes

If you're unhappy with a refund decision, reply to the email and we'll talk it through. If we can't agree, the Terms of Service governing-law clause applies (India / Kolkata jurisdiction). I prefer to settle these directly — chargebacks before talking to me first usually end with both of us losing.

Changes to this policy

If I change refund rules, I'll update the "Last updated" date and email everyone on the signup list at least 14 days before the change. Refunds for purchases made before the change will follow the policy that was live at the time of purchase.
